My training was in fashion photography ( and it was brutally tough - i cried) But! i learnt ALOT..That communication is key between the model/ subject and it will make a photo or a PHOTOGRAPH. Here are a few shots for Marissa new portfolio.

Ok: this wedding has to be the perfect fit my sensibility & style!! Michelle & David from LA, choose The Carneros Inn to have their wedding on May 28th, 11. During the rain breaks we were able to get some great lit shots. Orange & white were the colors that fitted perfectly with TCI's interior & architecture.

Today I stopped by Nancy lui chin's studio to drop off a CD. Luckily my timing was right and Nancy gave me these lovely flowers; which inspired me to set the table for my friend Jane Kim for her birthday. Over the years I have built on my collection of Jonathan Adler, and bought old decanters & milk glass wine glasses from eBay as i adore the mix of old Hollywood & modern aesthetics's. The setting was much nicer than the dinner !!!

Michelle + David Shoot in SF ( & Christine Slater Cameo)
Michelle & David flew up from L.A to have a city lifestyle engagement shoot. We bumped into Christian Slater at the W hotel SF, which definately changed the energy for all of us. Poor David had to put up with us giggling over our star sighting.
Their wedding will be at The Carnero's Inn, on May 28th - which will be stunning!!

Amanda & Lisa - Mothers day Shoot
Amanda had flown in from New York to do a photo shoot for mothers day with her mum lisa. We found a fantastic spot in Marin with great weather & lots of laughs...
